CIBT Pricing Overview

Consular (third-party costs) - everyone is responsible for these costs, and they are passed on directly at a 1:1 rate. These costs are as follows:

Court: €22.00 EUR

Ministry: €10.00 EUR

Qatar Embassy: €42.00 EUR

UAE Embassy: €112.00 EUR (calculated in the local exchange rate and subject to daily changes)

UAE Deposit Fees*: €23.50 EUR (due to a fee paid to the Embassy for digital bank transfers)

CIBT (and F&S) cannot guarantee these costs, as embassies may change them at any time.

CIBT Mediation Fees - these fees are charged per agency for business customers who apply through Fingerprints & Screening. For example, it is possible to have only the Embassy handled by CIBT, in which case it's a one-time fee of €55.00 (flexible).

CIBT USA

We not only collaborate with CIBT in the Netherlands to legalize fingerprints but also with CIBT USA. It often happens that a requested FBI statement needs to be legalized in America, and it is not possible to have this done by the FBI itself. For this, you can engage a company in America to handle it for you. With CIBT USA, you can submit this request through the Fingerprints & Screening portal (www.cibtvisas.com/FSUSA). Afterward, you send the PDF version of your FBI statement to CIBT USA, and they take care of the legalization for you in America.
