We have an all-in service, which means we prepare all your documents, take your fingerprints, and send the documents via priority mail FedEx or UPS (1 shipment per application) *

On location
The cost for taking fingerprints at your location depends on the time of travel and kilometers calculated from Hilversum, these are added to the standard cost for taking your fingerprints.We charge €90 per hour of travel time and €0.45 per kilometer driven

Should you wish to send the documents yourself, this is, of course, entirely possible. We prepare the documentation and take the fingerprints, you take the documents and send it yourself.

How long does it take before I have an appointment?
This depends on the number of requests we have. Usually you can have the appointment within a week or sometimes even the same day.
Question 2
Which express service will you use for shipping the documents?
We only use a reliable express post service, mostly this is UPS or FedEx. Both parties deliver the documents within days to the final destination.
Question 3
Do I get a track-and-trace number when you send the documents?
Yes! you will definitely get the track-and-trace number so you can follow the documents yourself and/or provide the tracking number to the person who will receive your documents.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice from Fingerprints & Screening.
Question 5
How can I pay the invoice?
You will receive the invoice by e-mail after you came by for taking the fingerprints. After receiving the invoice you can pay by making a banktransfer or we can send you a payment request.
