Travel time and mileage for the On-Location Service are calculated separately from Hilversum:Travel time: €90 per hourMileage: €0.45 per kilometer

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take before I have an appointment?
This depends on the number of requests we have. Usually you can have the appointment within a week or sometimes even the same day.
Which express service will you use for shipping the documents?
We only use a reliable express post service, mostly this is UPS or FedEx. Both parties deliver the documents within days to the final destination.
Do I get a track-and-trace number when you send the documents?
Yes! you will definitely get the track-and-trace number so you can follow the documents yourself and/or provide the tracking number to the person who will receive your documents.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice from Fingerprints & Screening.
How can I pay the invoice?
You will receive the invoice by e-mail after you came by for taking the fingerprints. After receiving the invoice you can pay by making a banktransfer, QR-code on the invoice or we can send you a payment request.
