How long does it take before I have an appointment?
This depends on the number of requests we have. Usually you can have the appointment within a week or sometimes even the same day.
Which express service will you use for shipping the documents?
We only use a reliable express post service, mostly this is FedEx. FedEx delivers the documents within days to the final destination.
Do I get a track-and-trace number when you send the documents?
Yes! you will definitely get the track-and-trace number so you can follow the documents yourself and/or provide the tracking number to the person who will receive your documents. We will also put your email address in to the FedEx tracking system, so you will get updates from FedEx directly.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice from Fingerprints & Screening.
How can I pay the invoice?
You will receive the invoice by e-mail after you came by for taking the fingerprints. At the end of the appointment you can make the payment.
